How to Make a Habit?

Have you ever tried to make a new habit? This blog will tell you techniques, which can help to create new habits easily. But you have to spend at least 21 days making these habits because any task done for 21 days, becomes a Habit.

🤔 Reason

You must have a reason for making new habits.

Example 1: If I tell you to break the wall near you. You would not.

Example 2: If I tell you that whoso ever breaks the well near you, he will get 100 million dollars. In this case, you would because you get a reason for doing it.

📝 Make it accessible more

This method suggests that you should keep the things around you much often, which you want to use.

Example: If I want to read Books. I can keep books near me. This would help me to read Books more often.

👀 Good facts about It

The more you listen good about anything, your mind will go there more often.

Example: If I want to make a habit of doing physical activities. I can listen to the people who are now happy because of this habit.

Brain Formula for facts:- Good facts you listen about it ∝ More easily your mind will go for it.

🪜 Small steps

You just have to make small steps. As per James Clear, author of Atomic Habits. If you take small steps and increase them by 1% daily. One day, they will compound and give you big results.

Example: If I want to make a Habit of Reading Books. I can read only I paragraph on the first day and then increase it by time.

My experience: I also used this formula, I have read 3 books:- Rich Dad Poor Dad, 5 Second Rule, Think and Grow Rich in just 4 months.

🧲 Make it Attractive

If you want to make a new habit, just make it attractive.

Example: If I want to make a Habit of Reading Books. I can get new books instead of 2nd hand Books for just saving a small amount but wasting much amount.
