Depression won’t last long 🥳

Last week, I was with my friend, Rajesh. He was in depression for 1 week and his reason for his depression was so silly, that I could not stop myself from laughing 😁.

He came to me and said he loved a girl that lives in his neighborhood so much that he started going jogging to stay fit, being serious about his career, and doing much more stuff. He said that he saw his love as his inspiration rather than just attracting her. Moreover, he had found his mission and that is ‘Make this place better for living and thinking.’

But soon after that, depression strikes 😠😡.

He said that he had one doubt in his mind. The doubt was, would be able to marry the girl in the next 7 years as he is 20. He also asked me, whether he will become successful or not. Then I thought that he was not the only one to have that doubt. Many more teenagers like him are in depression because of this one thought.

By the way, this doubt about yourself can be useful if you use it carefully. There are 5 things to keep in mind when going on a long journey (‘career’).

💪Power of Subconscious Mind

We all know that the Subconscious mind is so powerful that you can feel cold at 55° and feel hot in the Himalayas.

After this book👆, I came to know some tips:

  1. Never say, ‘ I am negative’, instead say, ‘I am less positive’.
  2. Be grateful for what you have.
  3. Your life is a very short one, spend it developing your mind with positivity.

💡Accept it that you are greatest

Did you know, that you are the greatest person ever born in this world?

Whenever you are depressed, remember one thing you are the greatest person ever born.

🪴Find the root cause

Every time, you get into depression. There’s a problem that you are facing. Try to find the root cause and solve it.

For eg: In this story, Rajesh was depressed because he had nothing big to do. So, the problem here is that he had nothing to do but the root cause is that he didn’t accept the truth of the universe, that big thing come after you have crossed small things.

In simple meaning, do what you can do for this world well being (career). Leave rest on God.

I also got into depression many times but I have always passed it by doing one thing.

Praying for the good.
